✶ TL;DR
No unlawful use, no mass extraction, no resale without agreement.
You commit to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws, these Terms and common sense. You are solely responsible for the data you import, for GDPR/nLPD compliance towards your own clients, and for the content published on your public booking page.

Liability
✶ TL;DR
Limited to direct damages and to the last 12 months of fees.
Slooti acts as a technical service provider. Our liability is limited to proven direct damages and capped, except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, at the total amount of subscriptions paid by the User during the twelve (12) months preceding the triggering event.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the following are excluded: loss of revenue, loss of customers, loss of opportunity, indirect or intangible damages. You acknowledge that the Service is provided "as is" with its imperfections.
Termination, governing law, disputes

You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend an account in case of serious breach, after formal notice without effect, or immediately in case of fraudulent use.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute regarding their performance or interpretation falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Vaud (seat: Yverdon-les-Bains), subject to mandatory provisions.
